Experience luxury and serenity at our stunning gulf front home in the Plantation on St. George Island, FL. This newly constructed 6-bedroom cottage offers elegance and comfort, with 4 king bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the family, dining, and kitchen areas.
Outdoor Living: Outside, a spacious beachfront area awaits with a private heated pool, hot tub, and direct boardwalk access to the sand. Ample parking is provided under the home and in the driveway. This level also features a grilling area, cushioned seating, and a large outdoor dining space.
The Layout
Middle Level: Upon entering (via stairs or elevator), you will find five bedrooms. Three King suites (two oceanfront) all with en-suite baths. Two bunk rooms (Full-size bunks + twin daybed + trundle + desk). A washer, two dryers, and a beverage fridge are also on this level.
Top Level: A wall of windows provides panoramic gulf views from the family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. This level also features the Primary King Master Suite.

The Community
The home is located in the Plantation on the west end of the island. Guests have access to two community pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and miles of walking and biking trails.

Seasonal Rules
Summer: 7-night minimum (Sunday to Sunday check-in/out).
Rest of Year: 4-night minimum (occasionally 3-night min). Check-in allowed any day.
Winter Special: Dec 1st - March 6th (excluding holidays) - 20% off weekly stays, 50% off monthly stays.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment: 50% due at reservation. Remaining amount due 31 days before arrival.
Cancellation: 100% refundable if canceled 30+ days before arrival. 50% refundable if canceled 14-30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of $1000 is held 0 days before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.
